I’ve cultivated my passion into multiple businesses and whilst I certainly don’t have it all figured out, I think I’m pretty good at what I do (have figured out).
Wellness is at the heart of what I do; I’m a qualified personal trainer and coach women worldwide through my online coaching programme Fit To Thrive, whilst striving to educate thousands more through my evidence-based guides. I work as a wellness consultant for leading businesses; devising award-winning wellness strategies that are impactful and seek to change perceptions of health, fitness & wellness. I’m hired by top brands and professionals within the fitness & health industry to create evidence-based, accessible content and advise on emerging trends in the wellness space that will help to anticipate customer needs and inform future development and offerings.
I co-founded a social media platform called Gains4Girls that strived to inform and empower women to be their happiest and healthiest selves. Today, I continue that work through my personal platform; you can find me on Instagram here.
2021 will see me expand Fit To Thrive; developing my 1-2-1 coaching and expanding its offering further, along with launching three new foundational guides – enabling Fit To Thrive’s ethos to reach more people than ever before. My work with GLOW will also take centre stage, as the App marks itself out as a leader the wellness application space; with huge developments and growth already underway. Ultimately defining my “job” is difficult, its fluid and evolving, but at the centre of it all is a desire to use my knowledge to help others thrive and to never lose a sense of gratefulness that my passion and my livelihood are one and the same.
